Grapes variety: 100% Chardonnay

*Eye: Golden colour of green apple with silver reflections, brilliant and limpid.

*Nose: Mineral bouquet with citrus fruit aromas.

*Palate: very dry taste, slightly mineral, with a beautiful lingering flavour.

*Pair with Oyster, Starter, grilled fish or fish with light sauce, goats cheese…

*Service temperature: 10-11°C.

*Ageing Potential: 4-5 Years
Limited production due to Frost, but the rest of the grapes give excellent wine.
