*Eye: Ruby red colour, brilliant and limpid.

*Nose: aromas of violet, blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant are well known.

*Mouth: black olive pâté, smoky and peppery notes, and lovely aromatic hints of graphite. With age, wines made with Syrah also take on gamier notes, as well as leather and truffle.

 *Pair with Appetizer, Charcuterie, Spicy-hot pork curry, pasta, fine cheeses, Chinese spring rolls…

*Service temperature: around 12-14°C.
