*Nose: aromas of red fruits, especially cherry

*Palate: Red fruits aromas, a smooth and delicate texture with lot of finesse. Thanks to its proximity to the famous "Crus", it retains much of the qualities.

*Pair with Poultry in cream sauce, flank with shallot, breaded veal cutlet, gratin of tails of crawfish, creamy, slightly smelling cheeses...
