The cuvee Brut VINTAGE Grand Cru reflects the one season climatology, associated to great terroirs.

Each Vintage is an exceptional Champagne, but its tonality varies according to the weather of the year, because it comes from the selection of the best of "the" year. This "best" does not result inevitably from the same piece, of same type of vine from one year to another.

For a pure taster, this Champagne is an emotion. It should be shared with remembering the good memories of the year 2000.

Its balance is majestic, its mouth long and fine, framed like an elegant fruit dish. A light natural evolution towards the honey and hazel nut, dry fruit flavours... which make this so special!

Assemblage: 70% Chardonnay & 30% Pinot Noir, old vines from Grand Cru of the Cote des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.

Ageing: The wine improves at least 5 years in the bottle in contact with the yeasts (long period of autolysis)

Potential of ageing: up to 20 years in good cellar.
